Problem retrieving update data

I cannot find any updates in Impulse I recieve a mesage saying Problem retrieving update data, the error log shows:

Context: Updating Networks XML Public
Message: Generic problem with XML file.
Build #: 955
Exception: There is an error in XML document (1, 2).

In Impulse, click on the orb in the upper left. Then Preferences, then reset data.

See if that helps.

Thanks for the reply however I think the problem is with the corporate network at work because when I am connected to my home wireless network I have no problems retreiving updates.
